Briggs & Forrester Special Projects have completed principal contractor works on Springfield Hospital in Tooting, for the South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust.
The works included the replacement of the existing boiler and chiller plant, with the installation of three new Imax Xtra EL 470kW boilers and a 230kW chiller with associated builders works.
Special Projects Managing Director Tim Cunningham said “Well done to the team in working with the client, consultants and our supply chain to complete this important plant replacement work for the Trust.”
