As a long standing CIBSE Patron and sponsor of their Young Engineers Awards, we are delighted to now also be a category sponsor of their inaugural CIBSE 30 Under 30 Awards.
In this, their 30th year, the Young Engineer Awards celebrate the best new talent in the building services industry at graduate and apprentice level. To both mark this momentous three decades, and to expand the scope beyond the graduate level, the CIBSE 30 Under 30 Awards have been introduced to recognise and reward the young professionals under 30 years of age who are driving building services engineering forward.
There are five categories in the new CIBSE 30 Under 30 Awards:
- Emerging leader
- Sustainable champion
- Innovator
- President's theme: ambassador
- Wildcard
Ideal Heating Commercial is proud to be sponsoring the Ambassador category, which recognises those who are acting as fantastic ambassadors for engineering, CIBSE and building services in general. This will include: STEM engagement; supporting educational programs; contributing to communities; participating in industry groups or more. We have kindly been offered a place on the judging panel for this award category and are vey much looking forward to reviewing all the applicants.

The winners of the CIBSE 30 Under 30 Awards will be announced at an exclusive networking event in London with industry leaders and peers in September. They will have their profile featured on the CIBSE website and in CIBSE Journal throughout September, as well as being showcased across CIBSE YEN Global’s LinkedIn and social media.
